VERVAIN
This herb of enchantment grows globally and has been regarded as a sacred and cleansing plant of these lands since the druids.
Vervain helps with the leutal phase of the menstrual cycle (pms) and so much more.
Vervain can help us to dream and hear the messages from our sleep.. it can speak to us through our body, helping us to gently process buried emotions particularly around anger and resentment. It relieves stress, can help to slow down and sleep better.

WHAT TO EXPECT
We will explore chants and vibrationally rich soundscapes, letting sounds, cacao, vervain and songs nourish us through the oncoming of the darker days and to give our body and life force the right rest and replenishment it needs at this time.
Expect some guided mediation, soothing breath-work, voice opening exercises, chants from around the world, organic Mexican cacao & a chosen herb, to brew the ideal internal autumn broth to boost us through the season.
This event will last about 2 hrs and will include

Sound healing & Gong bath to end (Other instruments might include harmonic Gong, Tibetan Singing bowls, south-african Kora/Harp,Shamanic drums, Violin, dijeridoo and Chimes)
Chanting offers a chance for pain relief from such illness’, tuning into and releasing tensions in our body and bringing a sense of inner harmony, helping our bodies to heal to full health faster. We love offering these participatory singing/chanting and sounding events as the uplifting and healing effects of chanting together is becoming increasingly evident and scientifically recognised.
This is an inclusive space where we welcome people of any or no religion/spiritual practice. the lines between musician and audience are blurred: the audience members play a vital role in the music we will be creating together.
NO PREVIOUS SINGING EXPERIENCE REQUIRED - we will co-create a gentle and safe space to enable our voices to express freely, giving an opportunity to our heart to open and join together into a single melody.
**** We will also work with the sacred medicine of "CACAO" , from Mexico, as a way to keep us centered and open in our hearth ****

About Katie & Francesco as the "The Inner Chéile Harmonic Duo"
Katie and Francesco started "The Inner Chéile", a musical project aimed at creating and holding spaces of healing, love and celebration through shared harmonies and sounds.
Cheile in irish means "harmony" & "togetherness", reflection of the balanced space Katie and Francesco aim to cultivate within and between them, & to honour their Celtic roots.
