We will be setting intention for our dance through a nature connectiong ritual , followed by an optional fireside gathering.

We will dance in (and have some short dancing jogs between...) some of the most magical, secret and hidden gems of this old natural forest as well as explore the notion of “reciprocity” and deeper ecology with the land while making some offerings and dancing for our intention.
We will start as a group, set some ground rules, then proceed to enter the forest with an amazing portable sound system.
Dancing in a forest like this is an unbelievable experience!!
We will finish with a fire to keep warm and get settle together.
If u have it being with you will:
- running/sport/dancing shoes (to dance outdoor)
- a small bag/running bagpack with some snacks, water, and a warm layer.

Ecstatic woodland dance is an invitation to allow your body to express itself freely, to shake off physical and emotional tensions and move towards a rich sense of wholeness, of connection with yourself, others and surrounding wild nature!
We will have Music on a powerful portable sound system, and we will ne in a beautiful woodland location within walking distance of Hackney Wick station: exact details are shared with all attendees on the ticket confirmation email.
There will be some initial guidance to help you to ground yourself and tune in to your body, followed by around 90 minutes of dance and movement immerse in nature, at stages changing location through the woodland!

About Francesco:
A seasoned expressive movement, qi gong and free-flow dance facilitator Francesco combines his lifelong passion for dance & music with many years of training in spiritual movement, ceremonial and nature honouring practices to create a deeply transformative experience.
He loves bringing both his talent and love for chanting, music and mantra songs as well as the experience accumulated over his training, travels and adventure across Central & South America, and Australasia, and spending time with Indigenous tribes, numerous teachers and learning how to pray to welcome Magic and flow into our life.

Francesco is a passionate Shiatsu Massage Practitioner, Embodiment Coach, Singing voice facilitator, Ceremonial space holder and a Carrier of the Sacred Fire.He composes his own songs which he loves sharing in a variety of ceremonial settings and festival.
