Energy Healing
Energy healing is hands-on or non touch. Clothes remain on.
It helps with deep relaxation, stress relief, anxiety, body tension, intrusive thoughts, low mood, depression, insomnia, IBS, pain relief, quicker recovery time, self-sabotaging behaviours, feeling
out of balance, processing and releasing blockages or past memories at a deep soul level.
Katie is qualified in Urusi & Sekhem Reiki, and Shamanic practitioner - all up to Level 1 & 2 - and has 6 years experience offering energy healing.
Shiatsu is a forms of Oriental medicine similar to a full body massage which can help with a wide variety of physical issues, pain and misalignment, as well as helping with a wide variety of mental, emotional and spiritual unbalances.
A deeply relaxing experience which usually lasts 1 hour and take places on a futon mattress at floor level, with the client fully clothed.
Harmonic and resonant instruments such as a harmonic Gong, singing bowls, drums, and chimes can also be used as an addition to aid each treatment’s benefits
Francesco has been now practicing for 7 years as a registered MRSS Shiatsu practitioner, under the UK Complementary Natural Healthcare Council, after completing a 3 year national diploma with the East West Scotland Shiatsu School.

Our Community Clinic runs monthly
Besides taking our usual weekday bookings, we also run a monthly community clinic which aims to provide treatments at a significantly reduced rate. This usually happens one weekend per month.
This is offered at £28/ hour, pay in instalments or by exchange, or pay what you can if needed.
We offer this to people who find financial barriers to accessing holistic health care and ask for your honesty in whether this applies to you.
Examples include - being from a working class background or have no contact/financial family support, single mothers, racialised folk/bipoc, those with a chronic illness that affects being able to work for money, those who are underpaid in the third sector, care work, activism or creative pursuits.
