Hawthorn Heart Ceremony

  • the Salisbury centre 2 Salisbury Road Edinburgh, Scotland, EH9 1QL United Kingdom (map)

Book your place here: https://bookwhen.com/oathubroslin/e/ev-stfl-20220923183000

Together we will connect with the chief grief tree of these isles, the hawthorn, huath in the Celtic Ogham alphabet.

Asking the hawthorn for support we will explore moving through grief by resourcing the body mind and spirit with gentleness and togetherness.

This is not a space for verbally sharing our grief journeys, more so a  space to be gently held in your grief process in a supportive and shared way, that offers your body mind and spirit some much needed restbite.

—————————————

There will be a guided mediation, body movement, vocal somatic exercises,, chants from around the world, organic Mexican cacao & Hawthorn (from Roslyn forest)
